SIRAF Wiki
The SIRAF Wiki is a site for users of the University of Chicago Cancer Research Center (UCCRC) Scientific Image Reconstruction and Analysis Facility (SIRAF) to learn about the facility's resources and to exchange information.
Visitors and new users are encouraged to read the Introduction to SIRAF, which includes a brief history, description of research objectives, and information on obtaining an account for using the facility.
After obtaining an account, new users should read the Getting Started guide and try submitting a few applications, then read the Sun Grid Engine and Parallel Programming notes. Users who are unfamiliar with Linux applications and the command line interface should visit the Linux Resources page.
Here are some photos of the facility and an inventory of the major hardware and software components. Recent news about the facility and a FAQ will be updated as events occur.
